Want to gain the understanding and expertise to work in a range of dynamic management environments at operational and strategic levels?

Gain a degree based in the real world of business. This programme has industry experience at its centre, incorporating case studies, workplace-based or focused assignments, and a major internship and associated research project. You will develop the understanding, skills and capabilities to work in a range of management environments at operational and strategic levels.

If you're studying in Dunedin, you can choose to specialise in up to two majors from your second year or form your own coherent path of study in discussion with your Programme Leader. At our Auckland International Campus, this programme is offered by Future Skills Academy due to a sub-contract arrangement with Otago Polytechnic.

To enter Otago Polytechnic’s, you need to have achieved a secondary school qualification that is equivalent to New Zealand’s NCEA levels (National Certificate of Educational Achievement). Achievement of good results in the National Higher Education Entrance Examination commonly known as the “Gaokao”. Or successful completion of an Otago Polytechnic certificate programme. IELTS test: Academic score of 6 with no band score lower than 5.5; TOEFL paper based test (PBT): Score of 550 (with an essay score of 5 TWE); TOEFL internet based test (IBT): Score of 60 (with a writing score of 18); Cambridge english qualifications: B2 First, or B2 First for schools, or C1 Advanced, or C2 Proficiency with a score of 169. No less than 162 in each skill; Pearson test of english (ACADEMIC): PTE (Academic) score of 50 with no band score lower than 42; Language Certificate: C1 Expert IESOL (LRWS) with PASS and no less than Pass in each skill; OET: Minimum of Grade C or 200 in all sub-tests; Trinity ISE: ISE II with no less than distinction in any band
