What is the Course about?

Accounting is a vital part of any organisation’s operations. Accountants provide essential information and professional advice to help individuals and organisations make the right financial and business decisions.

This course will equip students with a high level of competence in accountancy, information technology and management skills.

Accounting careers typically involve analysing and utilising financial information in order to evaluate a business’s financial position. This can involve anything from basic bookkeeping to managing balance sheets and income statements.

Course Structure

This is a three-year Level 8 course with 60 ECTS per annum.

There are seven modules in Years 1 and 2 and six modules in Year 3. All modules are mandatory.

Final overall classification will be based on a combination of Year 2 (1/3) and Year 3 (2/3) results.
