This project will start with the cellular infrastructure, explore the homeostasis of the endoplasmic reticulum, the structure and function of the endoplasmic reticulum, the ER stress and unfold protein response in human diseases, and analyze the relationship between cell death patterns and diseases. The role of phagocytic regulation in human diseases, etc. The project takes Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease and other neurodegenerative diseases, Cov-19 as an example, and leads students to explore the relationship between cell mechanisms and disease onset. Through the study of this project, students will further understand the importance of maintaining the normal shape, structure, function and metabolism of cells, and submit a report at the end of the project to demonstrate the results.   Suggested Future Research Fields:Lipidomics reveals abnormal lipid metabolism caused by viral infection and potential therapeutic targets Research progress on the molecular mechanism of vascular smooth muscle cell contraction New progress in the molecular mechanism of pyroptosis involved in the formation of atherosclerosis
